Classes

 

 

Hatha Yoga: A fun yet challenging yoga class based on the 8 Limbs of Classical Yoga. Increase your strength, flexibility and mindfulness. Classes will incorporate asanas (postures) with pranayama (breath-work) and will periodically touch on the practice of dhyana (meditation.) All classes include an inviting savasana (relaxation) at the end to ensure your body and mind are relaxed and rejuvenated before you leave.

 

Gentle Yoga: A much gentler, softer version of the above Hatha class. Gentle Yoga is perfect for those that are looking for a much slower pace than a traditional Hatha Yoga Class. Perfect for those wishing to increase strength, flexibility and range of motion. Please note that participants must be able to get up and down off the floor at least twice during this class.
